Even though my work life is different from week to week, I have devised a training schedule I'm going to try and adhere to. It will consist of three or three days a week of double cardio workouts (swim/bike, swim/run, and bike/run) and two or three days of single cardio workouts coupled with strength training. I'm also interested in incorporating yoga a couple of times a week to work on my flexibility and posture. So a sample workout schedule would look like this:
Sunday: Bike or Run
Monday: Swim/Strength
Tuesday: Swim & Run/Yoga
Wednesday: Bike/Strength
Thursday: Bike & Run/Yoga
Friday: Run/Strength
Saturday: Rest or Light Run
This schedule, and future ones, is organized around my time at the hotels I stay at. Since I am doing all my training in hotel pools (funny, I know), both swims are in the beginning of the week, since that's usually when I work.
Now, I just need to find a bike.
